I provide guided walks in Exmoor and North Devon, including parts of the South West Coast Path, for groups, organisations and individuals. Walking on Exmoor is a wonderful way to relax. Do you like the idea of walks on Exmoor, or walking in North Devon, but don’t know where to start? Let me do the work for you!
Exmoor National Park is in south west England, and sits astride the boundary of two counties, Devon and Somerset. Exmoor is one of Britain's smallest National Parks, and is a very beautiful and varied mosaic of heather and grass moorland, wooded valleys and farmland in the best traditions of family farming. Exmoor also has thirty-five miles of beautiful and dramatic coastline overlooking the Bristol Channel and South Wales, with the South West Coast Path running all along it. Wildlife abounds here, from rare fritillary butterflies to Exmoor’s famous red deer, Britain’s largest wild animals, still plentiful but sometimes hard to find.
Would you like tranquil scenery, or a strenuous hike with friends? A stroll through ancient woodlands and fields, or a twelve mile challenge with stunning views from the coast? A pretty five mile walk with a good pub lunch? Planning a works group outing or hen party? Just call me and let’s talk about it.
